Stop Rokkasho is a project run by the
Japan eseNGO Boomerang Net and headed up by musicianRyuichi Sakamoto . In order to bring attention to the nuclear reprocessing plant in Rokkasho inAomori Prefecture , they get artists to contribute songs and other art to the cause.
