HMS Unique

Three ships of the Royal Navy have borne the name HMS "Unique":

*HMS "Unique" was a 10-gun schooner captured from the French in 1803, and recaptured by a French privateer in 1806.
*HMS "Unique" was a 12-gun gun-brig, originally the French privateer "Duquesne". She was captured in 1807 by HMS "Blonde" and was burned by French forces at Guadeloupe in 1809.
*HMS "Unique" was a U-class submarine launched in 1940 and sunk in 1942.
