Kinergy power

Kinergy power

KinergyPower is a form of alternative energy which is an example of distributed generation.

KinergyPower was invented by two brothers Stefanos and Dimitri Horianopoulos in Greece in 2002 and the original invention was tested there. Their system uses a series of hydraulic pistons to absorb the kinetic energy from the motion of traffic and transform it into hydraulic pressure. This hydraulic pressure powers a hydro-generator unit which produces electricity.

KinergyPowerInternational was founded in 2004 and is based in Canada.

KinergyPowerUSA was established in September 2005 with a management team that includes New York business executives Demetri and Susan Papacostas.

KinergyPowerUSA is based in Bedford, NY.
