Paul Serafin Dickson (born February 26, 1937 in Waco, Texas) is a former American football defensive tackle in the National Football League. Dickson was a 1st round selection (9th overall pick) in the 1959 NFL Draft for the Los Angeles Rams out of Baylor University [cite web |url=http://www.databasefootball.com/draft/draftyear.htm?yr=1959&lg=nfl |title=1959 NFL Player Draft |accessdate=2008-06-10 |publisher=databasefootball.com |date= ] . He was with five different teams over his 13 season career: the Los Angeles Rams (1959), the Dallas Cowboys (1960), the Cleveland Browns (1961) [cite web |url=http://www.clevelandbrowns.com/team/history/60.php |title=History: Cleveland Browns Draft History |accessdate=2008-06-10 |publisher=clevelandbrowns.com |date= ] , the Minnesota Vikings (1961-1970), and the St. Louis Cardinals (1971). While a player for the Minnesota Vikings, the team went to the Super Bowl twice, playing in Super Bowl IV in at Tulane Stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana and Super Bowl VIII at Rice Stadium in Houston, Texas. He was an assistant coach for St. Louis for one season before leaving footballFact|date=June 2008. He later went on to work for Control Data Corporation. He is also a past president of the Minnesota chapter of the NFL Alumni AssociationFact|date=June 2008.
