"Unterseeboot 156" or "U-156" has been the name of two German submarines or U-boats during the First World War and the Second World War.

* Unterseeboot 156 (1917) was a merchant submarine built in 1916 and commissioned for war service in 1917 in the First World War, and sunk in 1918.

* Unterseeboot 156 (1941) was a submarine built in 1941, and sunk in 1943.
