Ian Crocker (commentator)

Ian Crocker is a football commentator for Setanta Sports. Crocker is Setanta's lead commentator on their exclusive live coverage of the Scottish Premier League and also shares commentating duties with Jon Champion on Setanta's 46 live English Premier League games. Crocker has also commentated on UEFA Cup matches for Setanta.

Crocker joined Setanta from Sky Sports in 2006 after nearly a decade with the network. During that time Crocker was Sky's main commentator first on the Scottish Premier League between 1998 and 2002, then the English Football League from 2002 onwards. Crocker also commentated on the English Premier League and the UEFA Champions League during his time at Sky. In addition to his Sky Sports duties, he covered Premier League games for the TWI overseas feed.

When Crocker left in the summer of 2006, he was soon followed by fellow Sky Sports and talkSPORT commentator Jim Proudfoot.
