Misumi Line (三角線 Misumi-sen?) is a railway line in Japan, operated by the Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu). It runs from Uto Station in Uto, Kumamoto Prefecture to Misumi Station in Uki, Kumamoto Prefecture.

From 1 September 2011, the line will be known as the Amakusa Misumi Line (あまくさみすみ線?).[1]
