WCEH (610 AM)) is a radio station licensed to serve Hawkinsville, Georgia. The station is operated by Georgia Eagle Broadcasting. A mix of talk radio personalities including Bill Bennett, Brian and the Judge, Laura Ingraham, Bill O'Reilly, and Sean Hannity can be found on WCEH.

History

Until 1993, WCEH had stations on both the AM and FM bands, 610 AM and 103.9 FM. WCEH AM-FM ran the same programming and their image slogan was "All The Best, AM 61 and FM 104" but in 1993, WCEH-FM became WQSY-FM, "Sunny 103.9 FM", and its format was changed to adult contemporary.

WCEH-AM 610 continued running a variety of music, and WQSY-FM quickly prospered under the leadership of owner Jim Popwell. In 1996, Greg Grantham was named the morning drive and afternoon drive announcer. Grantham got his start under the tutelage of veteran broadcaster Charlie Hill at WVMG-FM in Cochran in the summer of 1990 while still in high school. A host of other satellite personalities were on air at Sunny 103.9, including Rick Brady, Dave Bogart, and Scott Curtis.

In 2004, the adult contemporary format was abandoned in favor of Talk Radio. WQSY-FM became WRPG, "103.9 The Patriot". Veteran broadcaster Hank Brigmond, who had previously enjoyed success at WAYS-FM in the 1980s as Wade Ryan and later at WMCG-FM and WPEZ-FM, was brought in to manage the station. The Popwell Group sold WQSY-FM to Staton Broadcasting.

The late Bill Powell worked at WCEH-AM in the early days. Powell later went on to manage and host a morning show at WMAZ-AM - WAYS-FM in Macon Georgia. In 1982, he became Senior Weather Forecaster at 13-WMAZ TV. Powell retired in 1998 and died in 2000.
