Thomas Stonor, 3rd Baron Camoys

Thomas Stonor, 3rd Baron Camoys (1797 – 1881) succeeded to his title in 1839, after Queen Victoria terminated its abeyance in his favor.

The third Baron sat as a Member of Parliament for Oxford from 1832-1833. He was also a Lord-in-Waiting to the Queen from 1846-1852, 1853-1858, 1859-1866, and finally from 1868-1874.

He died on January 18, 1881 and was succeeded by his grandson, Francis.
