Allagadda mostly known for the Telugu people as Bombula Gadda ( BOMBS PLACE) as it is very famous for factions and clashes between political parties often turns into throwing bombs at each others. This bombs are called often as Natu bombulu ( Hand made bombs). But apart from this Allagadda is comparatively an undeveloped place because of scarcity of water and more Hot weather.

Ahobilam is one of the most famous Narasimha swami temple which is very near to Allagadda. The god is in a cave and very beautiful place to visit.

Normally people can speak Telugu with a different dialect which is known for its rude ness but it produses a belongingness when actually speak in that dialect as a born person in allagadda or in any other place in kurnool district. Allagadda is traditional place and have nice temples near by and also very straight farward people who speaks on the face. If they like you they will give their life for the word. They receive people very fondly with a big smile on the face and very helpful if any one is new to the place.
