The Boggabilla railway line is a railway line in New South Wales, Australia. It opened on 20 June, 1932 [cite web | last = Bozier | first = Rolfe | coaauthors = "et al" | work = NSWrail.net | title = Boggabilla Branch Line | url=http://www.nswrail.net/lines/show.php?name=NSW:bogabilla | accessdate = 2007-05-07 ] , although is currently truncated at North Star. When built, the line served areas dedicated to grazing of sheep. Following the development of grain production in the 1940s, it is now primarily used for grain haulage ["The Boggabilla Branch" Milne, Rod Australian Railway Historical Society Bulletin, February, 1993 pp27-47] . The line may be reused as part of a proposed new Melbourne to Brisbane inland rail corridor.
