"Go Sidewalk Surfing!" is an album of instrumental surf music released in 1964. People involved in the album were also involved with the surf group The Challengers. On stage The Challengers at this time consisted of Art Fisher on lead guitar, Ed Fournier on rhythm guitar, Randy Nauert on bass, Phil Pruden on saxophone, and Rick Delvy on drums.

In the studio, Delvy had become the group's producer, while "Drummer Man" Hal Blaine played drums. Paul Johnson, who had been connected with the group since its beginning, played lead guitar, while Art Fisher and John Anderson provided rhythm guitar. Jim Roberts, who had left the group, returned to add electric and acoustic piano. Most of these songs are originals. One is a cover of Dick Dale's "The Wedge." They also redo two of their own songs, their hit "K-39," the title track of their previous album, and Johnson's "Kami-Kaze," featured on their first album, the famous Surfbeat.

The album was originally released as The Good Guys, though there was no such group. It was finally attributed to The Challengers on release in the 1980s.
