"How Now Brown Cow" is the third album by the Cornbugs, featuring Buckethead, Bill "Choptop" Moseley and as on the first album, Pinchface on drums.

The first track of the album is "The End", a cover of a song by The Doors. The track "Sacramento" features the same riffs and pattern of the track that later became "Dream Girl" by the Deli Creeps.

As with the first and second album, this album was also self released and is currently out of print.
