Adama Njie

Adama Njie

Adama Njie (born 7 February 1978) is a retired Gambian middle distance runner who specialized in the 800 metres.

She won the bronze medal in this event at the 1996 African Championships. [ [http://www.gbrathletics.com/ic/afc.htm African Championships] - GBR Athletics] She also entered the World Championships in 1997, 2001 and 2003 as well as the Olympic Games in 2000 and 2004, without ever reaching the final round.
