Literacy in the Japanese language is required and the player must interact with a virtual newspaper, telephone, personal computer, and even a female companion. The player starts out with 1,000,000 yen and must gain money while using the stock market. The player has 100 days to gain a profit or else it is game over for the player. The game resulted in a that would become the basis for the North American NES game "Wall Street Kid".
