Warminster Soccer Club

Warminster soccer club is a soccer club that is dedicated to player development and education of the sport. The goal of the club is to provide organized soccer activity for most all age groups. The athletes will grow into young adults with more of an emphasis of player development rather than a win or go home attitude. This organization will take no commission but each team will hold fun raisers to earn money for various expenses. Some of the fun raising money goes to field usage, uniforms (maroon, gold, and white), and tournament entrance fees.

Membership

To be a member you must live within the boundaries of Warminster Township and Ivyland Borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. These boundaries include north of County Line road, south or Bristol road, east of Davisville road, and west of Valley road.

Travel Teams

Warminster Soccer Club has a travel program for different boys and girls ranging in ages from 8 to 18. The environment from intramurals differs in that the competition of play increases with weekly practices (depends upon coach and team availability) that focus on player development. To make the team a player must go through a set of try-outs and if their skill level is at the correct ability he or she may be admitted onto the team. Travel time for away games depends on what league the team is in. If the Warminster team plays in the Inter County Select League then the games are generally within 25-30 minutes.

Every Labor Day weekend Warminster Soccer Club hosts an annual tournament called the Al Perlini. This tournament is hosted at various fields Warminster including Munro park, McDonald Elementary, Willowdale, Log College Middle School, and William Tennent High School. The tournament consists of many age groups of both male and females that compete in different divisions. Teams for all divisions are invited and sorted into their respectable tournament divisions.
