Cecília Rozgonyi

Cecília Rozgonyi

Cecília Rozgonyi (nee Szentgyörgyi) was the daughter of Péter. She married István Rozgonyi and had three sons, János, István, and Imre.

Cecília Rozgonyi fought against the Ottoman Empire under King Sigismund at Golubac fortress in 1428, commanding her own ship. When the army was retreating, the rear, where Sigismund was, was attacked. Rozgonyi intervened, saving his life.
