Irene Loughlin

Irene Loughlin (born May 20 1967 [ from her.] ) is a Canadian performance artist and writer.

Loughlin was born in Hamilton, Ontario. She has studied at the Ontario College of Art and Simon Fraser University, and has attended the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design studio program in Tribeca, New York. Recognition

Loughlin received the Canada Council for the Arts Victor Martyn Lynch-Staunton Award for 2005 in recognition for outstanding work as a mid-career artist.
