The Trinity Methodist Church, is the former Nast Methodist Church (Nast Methodistiche Kirche). The church is located at 1310 Race Street, in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. The architect for Nast Church was Samuel Hannaford. The church named for Wilhelm Nast (1807-1899), a German-born preacher and missionary who immigrated to the United States in 1828. Nast founded the world’s first German-Methodist church in Cincinnati in 1835. The congregation built its first church on this site in 1842 which was later replaced by the present church on this site in 1880.

Visitors should note the German inscriptions over the front door. "Erste Deutsche Bischofl Meth. Kirche, Gegrundet 1835" i.e. "First German Bishopric Methodist Church, Founded 1835. Above each of the two doors an inscription reads "Erste Bauerrichtet 1842 - Neu Erbaut, 1880 " i.e., "First Built, 1842 - Rebuilt 1880".
