DZXQ (1350 kHz Metro Manila) is an AM station owned and operated by Mabuhay Broadcasting System, Inc. in the Philippines. The station's studio is located at 17th Floor, Centerpoint Bldg., F. Garnier Rd. corner Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with its transmitter located at Brgy. Muzon, Malabon, Metro Manila.

Profile

DZXQ is a fully maintained blocktimer with fully occupied slots except for Sunday and the only blocktimer which has a textline. It is the first AM station with Chinese Dialects.

DZXQ is the home of Powerhouse Broadcasters such as Nar Pineda, Roger Arienda, Narissa Gonzalez, Ducky Paredes, Jhino Parrucho, Ruben Ilagan, Popo Villanueva, Roland Lumagbas, Dr. Erick San Juan and Reggie Vizmanos. It is also the home to An Affair with Baby Tsina, a lifestyle radio show.

As of February 28, it ceased its operations due to an unknown reason, after a new set of investors acquired DZXQ. Nar Pineda and Powerhouse Broadcasters moved to DWSS, while some Broadcasters moved to DWBL.

On October 24, 2011, it returned to air as a test broadcast.
