Emigdio Preciado, Jr. (born August 19, 1969 "or" August 19, 1968 "or" September 19, 1969 [FBI Poster gives three birthdates.] ) is wanted for opening fire on two sheriff's deputies in Los Angeles, California on September 5, 2000, seriously injuring one of them. He was believed to be heading to a gang-related drive-by shooting at the time.

On March 14, 2007 he was named by the FBI as the 485th fugitive to be placed on the Ten Most Wanted list. He is also on the "America's Most Wanted" "Dirty Dozen" list of that show's most notorious fugitives. Preciado was last seen two years ago in the Guadalajara, Mexico, and it is alleged that his family members could be helping him evade authorities.
