John Monson, 11th Baron Monson

John Monson, 11th Baron Monson (born 3 May 1932) is a British peer. He is one of the ninety hereditary peers elected to remain in the House of Lords after the passing of the House of Lords Act 1999.

The son of the 10th Baron Monson and Bettie Northrup Powell, he was educated at Eton College in Berkshire and at Trinity College, Cambridge, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1954. In 1958, Monson succeeded to his father's barony. He is president of the Society for Individual Freedom (SIF).

Since 1955, he has been married to Emma Devas, daughter of Anthony Devas. They have three sons, including his heir Nicholas John Monson.
