Kinney Heights is a subdistrict of the West Adams district of South Los Angeles, California.
Developed in the early 1900's by Abbott Kinney, the area is now part of the West Adams Terrace HPOZ. Similar to the rest of West Adams, the area has a great deal of historic architecture and has an ethnically diverse population.
In recent decades, the area has suffered from economic decline and rising levels of violence, like much of the rest of West Adams, though the area is by no means violent or very poverty-stricken.
