Qiao Daoqing

Qiao Daoqing(乔道清) is a character in the Water Margin.

Qiao Daoqing was an advisor serving the rebel Tian Hu in the later chapters of the novel and was well-versed in Taoist magic. He had initially defeated the Liangshan heroes in with his powerful magic, but later he was overcome by Gongsun Sheng, whose magic powers were far more powerful and advanced than him. With the removal of Qiao Daoqing, the Liangshan heroes were able to squash Tian Hu's rebellion easily.
