First Local

First Local

. The program design is based upon that of a television newscast. In some communities the program is daily, others it is a weekly or bi-weekly program.

Generally each program incorporates local news, sports and weather information. As with most shows on Rogers TV it is produced using the resources of volunteers from the community.

London Edition

Daily show covering London and the Heartlands: St. Thomas, Strathroy, Tillsonburg, and Woodstock (Woodstock is the site of the new SWO Master control to open in fall of 2009).

Prior to the 2007 season St. Thomas, Strathroy, Woodstock, and Tillsonburg had their own editions that contained five local minutes followed by a regional portion from London. This edition has been discontinued. All London area stations (Woodstock, Tillsonbug, St. Thomas, Strathroy) now run the London show. There are still reporters in St. Thomas, Woodstock, and Tillsonburg providing to provide local programming for those areas of the region.
