Patricia Harris is the First Deputy Mayor for the City of New York, with an annual salary of $227,219. Prior to her appointment, Harris managed Bloomberg LP's Corporate Communications Department, overseeing its Philanthropy, Public Relations, and Governmental Affairs divisions. Prior to her employment at Bloomberg, she was Vice President for Public Relations at Serino Coyne Advertising. She served for 12 years in the administration of Mayor Edward I. Koch as Executive Director of the Art Commission -- the agency that reviews all public art, architecture and landscape architecture on city property-- and before that, as Assistant to the Mayor for Federal Affairs.

Mr. Lebow is a former chairperson of the New York City Civil Service Commission. He is a current member of the board of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority [http://www.mta.info/mta/leadership/lebow.htm] , appointed by Mayor Bloomberg. Mr. Lebow's son from a previous marriage, Michael P. Lebow, is also a member of the Bloomberg administration. Michael is the Chief Technology Officer of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications [http://www.nyc.gov/html/doitt/html/about/about_org_chart.shtml] , earning an annual salary of $140,558.

In 2003, she served on the Jury for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition
