The shell is larger than the living adult size of "
Rhytida australis ", with deeper whorls, and less prominent malleations, crossed by weak irregular axial folds and growth-lines. The shell colour is greenish-olive and the umbilicus has no dark zone. The shell diameter is up to 18 mm, and height up to 10 mm.References
