The National Lentil Festival

The National Lentil Festival is an annual celebration of the lentil. The celebration of the legume began in August 1989 in Pullman, Washington. The Palouse region grows a third of all the lentils in the United States. The festival begins in downtown Pullman on August 18th and goes through the 19th every year.
