Pam Jochum (born September 26, 1954) is the Iowa State Representative from the 27th District. She has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 1992. She received her AA and BA from Loras College.

Jochum currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Environmental Protection committee; the Labor committee; the Ways and Means committee; and the State Government Committee, where she is chair. She also serves on the Justice System Appropriations Subcommittee. Her prior political experience includes serving as floor whip at the Democratic National Convention in 1984, serving as chair of the Dubuque County Democratic Central Committee in 1982.

Jochum was re-elected in 2006 with 7,405 votes (71%), defeating Republican opponent John Hulsizer, Jr. [http://www.sos.state.ia.us/pdfs/GenOffResults.pdf]
