Damien Alexander Nathaniel Batt (born 16 September 1984) is an English football defender currently playing for Oxford United. His brother, Shaun, is also a professional footballer.

Before joining Dagenham & Redbridge in 2004, he was with the youth team at Norwich City. He played one game for the Daggers before leaving for Barnet on a free transfer. He played one year in Football League Two for Barnet, but was signed on a free transfer by St Albans on 31 August 2006. He signed for Stevenage Borough on 26 January 2007.

At the start of the 2008–09 season, he signed for Fisher Athletic before joining Grays Athletic in October. He left Grays in January 2009 and joined Oxford United,[1] despite being offered a new contract at Grays.[2]
