The Battle of Bornholm (1676) was a battle in the Scanian War between the fleet of Charles XI of Sweden, and a combined Dutch and Danish squadron. The Dutch and Danish forces attacked the Swedish fleet and after a two day fight manage to force the superior Swedish force to retreat.

The Dutch admiral Cornelis Tromp, with a squadron of 16 warships pursued the Swedish navy. The Swedish withdrew and tried to make it back to various Swedish ports but Tromp found the Swedish fleet near Öland June 1, and the Battle of Öland, which the Swedes lost, started. After the battle 14.000 Dutch-Danish soldiers disembarked and the Swedes lost Helsingborg, Landskrona, and other fortresses by June 29.
