Frank Charles High (June 7, 1875 Dunningham, California–December 13, 1966 Oregon) was a United States Army soldier awarded the Medal of Honor for actions during the Philippine-American War. Private High was one of thirteen members of Young's Scouts awarded the Medal of Honor for actions between 13 and May 16, 1899.

He is buried in Memory Gardens Cemetery and Memorial Park Medford,Oregon.findagrave|8039485 Retrieved on 2007-11-24]
