Anwar Ali

Anwar Ali

Anwar Ali Khan (born 25 November, 1987) in Karachi is a Pakistani cricketer who played in the 2006 U-19 Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka. He is a Right-arm medium-fast bowler with a lethal inswinger. He destroyed the Indian batting lineup in the world cup final of the tournament with an amazing spell. Pundits claim that he is the next Waqar Younis, due to his ability to swing the ball. His claim to fame has been starring brilliantly with the ball throughout the U-19 World Cup in 2006, in the final of which he took a five-for and earned the title for Pakistan.

You may be wondering where Anwar ali is and why he isn't in the pakistan team. The reason is that his action was altered and he has now lost the swing he had. But critics say the swing was minimal, it was his action that made it look a lot
