Dr. Julian C. Omidi has had his California Physician and Surgeon's license (License Number A71181) revoked by the Medical Board of California as of October 26, 2007, for the following reasons: "Obtained a license by fraud or misrepresentation by failing to disclose attendance at a medical school where he had been discharged for cause and for failing to disclose a criminal conviction."

This information provided by the Medical Board is FALSE and EXCEEDINGLY MISLEADING and is now being appealed. The Superior Court of California in July 2008 ruled that THERE WAS NEVER ANY CRIMINAL CONVICTION and the Medical Board's stating that there was a criminal conviction was false and inappropriate. This false allegation was thrown out by the Superior Court of California on July 25, 2008. Dr. Julian Omidi's only folly was trying to help a desperate suicidal undergraduate student (in a class that Julian Omidi was not enrolled)with a test when he was 19 years old in UNDERGRADUATE SCHOOL not MEDICAL SCHOOL. Julian Omidi never cheated nor did he benefit by this. In fact, Dr. Julian Omidi graduated Cum Laude with distinction in research from his MEDICAL SCHOOL and he has never been discharged from ANY MEDICAL SCHOOL. The Medical Board of California has falsely publicly stated that Dr. Julian Omidi was dismissed from Medical School which is totally false and has never recanted this false and malicious accusation in attempt to discredit this incredibly generous doctor who treated mostly indigent patients which other doctors would not see. The Medical Board of California has unjustly attacked this wonderful doctor who has done nothing but help people in his life. All of this can be easily substantiated by California Superior Court records but those who are mailicious are trying to mask all the injustices that the Medical Board has unfairly brought on this good doctor. Please check your facts prior to changing this information. Once you find that all this information is correct, you must protest to the Medical Board of California their malicious actions against this good doctor.
