Florence 'Florrie' Dugger is an actress notable for playing Blousey Brown in the film "Bugsy Malone" in 1976 (see 1976 in film).

Originally hired for a bit part, Dugger was given the role of Blousey when the actress originally hired to play the part had a growth spurt, and grew too tall. After the film, she joined the United States Air Force, spending her career lecturing. She is now married, with a son.
