Jim Shellenback

Jim Shellenback

James Philip Shellenback (born November 18, 1943 in Riverside, California) was a pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates (1966-67 and 1969), Washington Senators/Texas Rangers (1969-74) and Minnesota Twins (1977).

He is the nephew of former Major League Pitcher Frank Shellenback.

In 9 years he had a 16-30 Win-Loss record, 165 Games, 48 Games Started, 8 Complete Games, 2 Shutouts, 36 Games Finished, 2 Saves, 454 Innings Pitched, 443 Hits Allowed, 228 Runs Allowed, 192 Earned Runs Allowed, 40 Home Runs Allowed, 200 Walks Allowed, 222 Strikeouts, 8 Hit Batsmen, 6 Wild Pitches, 1,960 Batters Faced, 14 Intentional Walks, 2 Balks and a 3.81 ERA.
