Operation Summer Rains suboperations were the Israel Defense Forces' military operations launched as part of Operation Summer Rains in 2006.

Summer Rains suboperations

Operation Southern Shalit [1]

An operation in southern Gaza which began on June 28. The first Summer Rains operation, was named after kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit.[2]

Operation Bashan Oaks

An operation in northern Gaza which began on July 2.[3]

Operation Feedback

An operation in central Gaza which began on July 12.[4]

Operation Final Grade

An operation in northern Gaza, which began on July 16 and ended on July 18.[5]

Operation Samson's Pillars

An operation in the Sajaya neighborhood which began on July 26.[6]

Operation Horizon Line

An operation in southern Gaza and Rafah, which began on August 2.[7]

Operation Locked Garden

An operation in the Sajaya neighborhood which began on August 26.[8]

Operation Rain Man

An operation in southern Gaza and the Philadelphi Route which began on October 14.[9]

Operation Four Kinds

An operation in northern Gaza which began on October 16.[10]

Operation Sqeezed Fruit

An operation in the Philadelphi Route which began on October 17.[11]

Operation Autumn Clouds [12]

An operation in Beit Hanoun launched on November 1, ending on November 7. It was followed by the Beit Hanoun incident a day later.[13]
