Globe FM is a Christchurch radio station playing Top 40 music. It is operated by a local company which is not commercially minded.

Globe FM broadcasts around Christchurch New Zealand with local announcers and commercial free music till 10pm each night.

Originally Globe FM was only a webcast station that went to air on an irregular basis, but through funding, it was able to start up a live-to-air frequency and now operates around the eastern parts of the city.
