Pants Yell! is an indie pop band from Boston, Massachusetts. According to lead singer Andrew Churchman they follow more in the steps of The Smiths and Postcard Records than Tullycraft, creating spirited music which seeks to inspire melancholy rather than lightness or memories of past girlfriends. In December 2007 the trio released their fourth album "Alison Statton", which was named after a member of the Welsh band Young Marble Giants and features a horn section, female backing vocals and feedback.
