Guo Degang (Zh-tsp|t=郭德綱|s=郭德纲|p=Guō Dégāng; born 1973) is a Chinese xiangsheng actor. His master was Hou Yaowen.

Biography

Guo Degang was born in Tianjin in 1973. He began to learn pingshu (评书) when he was 8 years old.

Guo went to Beijing in 1995 and established "Deyun She" (德云社), a xiangsheng organization, in 1996. He started in teahouses and achieved nationwide fame.
