The school is a ICSE board school having classes from hiradale(nursery) to tenth standard. It is the sister school of Hiranandani Foundation School Powai in Hiranandani Gardens in Powai.

It is located on Wood Street in Hiranandani Estate. The school is made up of two buildings. The auditorium and indoor pool will be prepared by 2009. A smart lilac building, it fills pride in the hearts of the students and teachers. It is hard to believe that a school in the small city of Thane has carved a niche for itself in this world!
