Charles Anthony Buckley (June 23, 1890 – January 22, 1967) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York.

Buckley was born in New York City. He was a member of the board of aldermen of New York City from 1918 until 1923. He was chamberlain of New York City from 1929 until 1933. He was elected to Congress in 1934 and served from January 3, 1935 until January 3, 1965. He was chairman of the United States House Committee on Pensions in the 78th Congress and 79th Congress and chairman of the United States House Committee on Public Works in the 82nd Congress and from the 84th Congress through the 88th Congress.

In 1953 Buckley succeeded Ed Flynn as the "boss" or Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Bronx County Democratic Party, a post from which he derived at least as much influence as his position on Capitol Hill. Buckley was defeated in the Democratic Primary in 1964 by Jonathan Bingham who ran as a reformer,an event signaling that the decline of machine politics in New York City, first visible in Manhattan, had spread to the Outer Boroughs.

He died in New York City.
