Al-Kabir educational society

Al-Kabir educational society is an educational institution in Mysore and was founded by late Fahmida Begum in 1987.

Institutions

The society has a school situated in Bannimatap, Mysore, college in Bannimantap "B" layout, Mysore and also has a D.ed (Diploma in education)in the same premises.

Educational facilities

Both School and college have excellent computer labs and students can access them during their computer classes and the professional software tools that go with them. The school and college has excellent library facilities in both the campuses with over 2000 books. Religious education is given to students according to their religions.

Level of medium

The institution has English, Kannada and Urdu media through which students learn.

Activities

Sports is the main activity which enables the body to be physically and mentally active. The school has sports time where students are taught different sports. The school has won many medals in cricket, kabaddi, football in the city level.
