Ann-Margaret Carrozza

Ann-Margaret Carrozza represents District 26 in the New York State Assembly, which comprises East Flushing, Douglaston, Whitestone, Little Neck and Floral Park, among other neighborhoods located in Northeast Queens.

First elected in 1996, Carrozza is the current Chair of the Standing Committee on State and Federal Relations, as well as a member of several other standing committees, including Aging, Banks, Governmental Employees and Insurance.

Prior to her election, Carrozza served as a court attorney for Civil Court Judge Peter O'Donoghue and as a clinical intern in the Queens County's District Attorney's Office.

She holds a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
