Filmography

Velile Tshabalala first appeared on British television in the CBBC Comedy/Sitcom series "Kerching!". In this she played the character of Kareesha, who was one half of the Chill Out Grill's waitress staff. They did very little work and were typical teenage girls who spent their time talking about boyfriends, money, make-up and their nails.

After her role in "Kerching!", Velile next appeared in the United Kingdom's 2004 film Streets where her part was one of a prostitute. The Streets was a short drama film about a 15 year old drug addict called Jason who makes his way through the transient streets of the city. He spends his day dealing continually, as dusk descends a confrontation in a park leads to a violent conclusion.

She next appeared in her current role in the British BBC Three Television series Tittybangbang where she played several roles, including that of Carol Booth's daughter, Leslie-Marie and as Melanie, one of the three TV-loving layabouts who speak in thick Jamaican accents. She has appeared in all three series of Tittybangbang.

In late January 2008, she played a librarian in an episode of ChuckleVision called "Jumping Jackpot".

In April 2008, she was seen on the streets of Gloucester shooting the 2008 Doctor Who Christmas special with David Tennant, David Morrissey & Dervla Kirwan.
