Property maintenance

'Maintaining' a building involves numerous tasks to be carried out especially with older structures this can be more involving. As human nature dicates that looking after possessions is a way of life from where maintaining properties seems to have derived. Property maintenance not only involves the day to day cleaning, which is pretty standard practice (although can become quite intricate when taking on other tasks) but also maintaining the Air conditioning, Water purifier, Plumbing, Electrical wiring, refurbishment, redesign, or construction of buildings.

Various services and trades are needed to carry out these tasks from carpentry to plumbing in order to achieve the desired state of aesthetics and ergonomics for a building.
