Jordan Collier begins distribution of the stolen promicin.Dennis Ryland tells NTAC that of the 20 soldiers who volunteered for promicin injections, 50 percent of them died; the other 50 percent gained 4400-like abilities.NTAC captures Shawn, and Isabelle seriously injures him during his interrogation. Ryland's enhanced soldiers die in a suicide bombing carried out by
