route by identity , a simple drag-and-drop way to train Agent to route incoming email. Together with built-in Bayesian junk detection, route by identity provides nearly 100% accurate spam filtering.Route by identity
Route by identity is a technique for routing inbound email devised introduced with Forté Agent 4.0. Combined with integrated Bayesian junk detection route by identity provides nearly 100% accurate spam filtering. To use route by identity drag the first message from a contact to the desired folder. From then on Agent will know how to route messages from this sender. If you already have messages in folders use them to train Agent to the way you organize your email. Dragging messages to the Junk folder trains Agent to recognize spam. You can also train Agent when you send messages.
