Frank Gulotta

Frank Gulotta was a former Nassau County district attorney and former New York State Supreme Court judge.

Frank Gulotta is the father of Thomas Gulotta, the Republican county executive of Nassau County, New York from 1987 to 2001.

Involvement with Francis E. Dec

Frank Gulotta was responsible for instigating Francis E. Dec's forgery trial, after which he was attacked by Mr. Dec, who called Gulotta “black felon Mafioso”. Although described as "negroidic in appearance and demeanor" by Dec, Gulotta was of Italian descent and not African American.
