Keith Stephen Lowe (born September 13, 1985 in Wolverhampton) is an English footballer, currently playing for Kidderminster Harriers.

Lowe was a product of Wolves' academy, and came through to make his first team debut on 23 August 2004, in 4–2 win at Rochdale in the League Cup. However, he was unable to claim a regular first team place at Molineux and was first loaned out to Burnley in the 2005/06 season.

He was loaned to a number of lower league clubs during 2005-08, six in total. He returned to Wolves in May 2008, after his season-long loan at Port Vale had ended, but was released by his parent club and subsequently signed for Kidderminster Harriers on a non-contract basis.
